Who we are

Over a decade of research based advisory services

Established in Rwanda in 2012, Strategic Development and Research Group (StratDever) provides a bridge between research and practice. It brings high-quality experience, tools, perspectives, and capacity building on a short and long-term basis to assist institutions in achieving their development objectives. StratDever has provided high-quality development consultancies and professional advice to the Government, Aid Agencies, International NGOs, Local NGOs, and the private sector.
